Brand the stand up from two pieces of scrap forest. Cut a lesser piece (yellow in the photo) to clamp to the table. Cut a height piece (greenish) with a bevel cut to keep the tool at the angle yous need, and screw it to the bottom slice. Cut other top pieces with cut angles for unlike tools.
